Jefferies Inc. is dedicated to providing every client with the highest standards of service and workmanship excellence. Every photo within our website was taken before, during or after a job we have completed in the past 10 years of HVAC. Below are additional photo examples of our previous work for you to view. Some of these projects were especially dirty jobs and involve units that were found neglected. Even if your equipment doesn’t look like the ones below, it can still benefit from a professional once over.
Boilers
Here we have a couple of boilers and condensate tanks that had better days. Corroded with rust, lime and calcium build up from decades of overperformance and under maintenance, these units got the attention they needed in time to keep the buildings heat going during the winter.

Pumps
Pumps are key components of heating and cooling systems involving boilers, condenser water loops and chillers. At Jefferies Inc., we always attempt a repair or restoration before a replacement. Since most pumps are overlooked in a mechanical system, they tend to be neglected. After undergoing restoration, the pumps pictured were able to continue to boost water pressure and regulate boilers to their fullest potential. Some of the parts replaced on these booster pump stations include volutes, seals and impellers.

Heaters and Air Conditioning
Heaters and air conditioners will run more efficiently, generate better air quality and will run quieter after they’ve had a good cleaning. Annual maintenance will prevent your unit from becoming as bad as the ones pictured here. but it’s probably not too late to opt for a repair over a replacement on your low functioning furnace or air conditioning unit! Here we show the difference between a neglected heat exchanger versus a factory replacement. We have also included before and after photos of a residential air conditioning coil replacement job we did.
